Round1 Bowling & Arcade - Tucson

We came to the round 1 here at Park Place Mall around 4 pm, writing this review it is currently 6 pm, and had a great time trying out all of their new games and attempting their claw games. We saw a new card that was available to activate, and knew we wanted it but didn't want to have our points taken away; so we asked a worker if it was possible to exchange our points onto the new card from our old one, he agreed and proceeded to call his manager, who I can assume is Michael, and he happily helped us! Later, when we were both getting stumped on a claw machine that required us to try time and again, we asked the worker, Michael, to help us out in aiming the plush so we could hook the claw on it properly and in attempts time, we were able to take it home! My fiancée lives in Switzerland and talking to Michael made us realize how much we had in common, this little interaction made both of our days and definitely worth all the fun we had today. Overall, the dining areas and game places are both clean, accessible, and despite how many people were here today, it wasn't too loud!

The layout is spacious, vibrant, and incredibly dynamic. To complete the experience, the venue features a full service food counter alongside a dedicated bar serving beer and adult beverages, making it incredibly easy to spend hours playing without ever needing to leave. Whether you are looking for a lively date night, a weekend family outing, or a cool spot to hang out with friends, Round1 delivers non-stop amusement. It is undeniably a premier choice for premium indoor entertainment in Tucson.

Great place to bring the kids and enjoy the games yourself. The atmosphere is relaxed and family friendly, but expect to spend more than anticipated. I gave it 4 stars because the prize selection lacks variety—not everyone is interested in anime-themed items.

We held a work event there today and the staff was fantastic. Ann, our party host went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Even with a busy schedule for them - they made it feel like we were the only ones. Brandon, the manager, we had spoken with during booking and his professionalism and customer service was the same level of excellence today. This was a great way to get our staff together for some fun! Affordably priced. Will 100% be back! We apologize for the loudness of the karaoke and the crowd we drew at the air hockey table. Slightly competitive. :) Thank you again Ann and Brandon. So very much appreciate you!!!
